    I confused in where to stay. Animal Kingdom Lodge or Saratoga Springs 1 bedroom villa. DH, myself, 15 son and 12yr old daughter. What is the best fit? Best transportation? Nov 13-20. Have Animal Kingdom booked now, but not sure, other is tempting!

While I love the Old New York style charm of Disney's Saratoga Spring Resort & Spa, I think you're really going to like Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge. Our home resort is Kidani Village, so believe me when I tell you it's a magically exquisite cultural experience unlike anywhere else at Walt Disney World Resort. Plus you're right next to Disney's Animal Kingdom Park - the largest animal theme park in the world!

    With appearances from zebras, giraffes, elks, gazelles, antelopes, kudus, wildebeest's and exotic birds get ready to be wowed. There's nothing more spectacular than the savanna view, which allows you to experience the tranquil beauty and awesome sight of the animals from your balcony...you'll absolutely love it!

    You'll also love your spacious 1-bedroom villa, which outfitted with all the comforts of home including 2 bathrooms, a living area, a washer/dryer, and fully equipped kitchen!

    Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge is the farthest out of all the Disney resorts and it's about a 20-minute ride to Downtown Disney and 30 minutes to Magic Kingdom. The bus stop is right outside the main building and buses come very often so you won't have to wait long going or coming. To give you an idea about approximate travel times, the distances to the theme parks from Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge are:
    Animal Kingdom - 2 miles
    Hollywood Studios - 6 miles
    Epcot - 8 miles
    Magic Kingdom - 12 miles
