Confused. Read Tusk Hse and Chef Mic have gone/will to 2 D credits. If true we will need to change all dining plans for our Sept. trip. Called dining and told will be 1 D credit if ressie already made. Which is it?

    Hi Patricia,

Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel and thank you for asking us another question. There are always rumours flying around fast and furious when it comes to Walt Disney World Resort and I’ve found that some of the rumours related to the Disney Dining Plan are often some of the most intense!

The rumour that some character dining meals, such as Chef Mickey’s and Tusker House Restaurant, would now require 2 Table-Service dining entitlements rather than 1 was only a rumour, prompted by a website glitch (from what I understand). If you’ve already made your dining reservations, you should be good to go.

Of course, the entitlements required for any Disney dining experience are subject to change at any time, so please keep checking official sites such as the Disney Parks Blog for updated information. When something isn’t just a rumour anymore, it will be announced there first.

    Have a Magical Day,

    Lynne
