Hiya, Monica!
It can be a bit confusing, but let's see if I can help make it a little easier - although, you've got it practically perfect without my help!
Walt Disney World resort guests do now pay a
fee for overnight parking at your resort. The fee is based on the resort where you are staying. All guests of Walt Disney World resort hotels receive complimentary theme park parking as a benefit of staying at a Walt Disney World hotel. Unless you wish to upgrade parking to a preferred spot ($45 per day), you won't have to pay for theme park parking.
Don't forget - as a resort guest you also have access to complimentary
resort and theme park transportation. You'll be able to use the monorail, boats, buses, and in the near future, gondolas to get back and forth between resorts and theme parks at no additional charge. You might want to leave the car parked some days and not have to worry about transportation at all.
Have a wonderful visit to Walt Disney World, Monica!
