    I am so confused I do not know where to book reservations for our meals. We have the quick service plan. We check in on the 14th of June and out on the 19th. Where is the best character dining place and would it be included in on our dining plan?

    Hi, April!     With the Quick Service Plan, each member of your party gets the following per night stay:   2 Quick Service Meals (counter service) and 2 snacks.   Each person also gets a refillable mug for use at your resort food court (and its a great souvenir to take home!)  Reservations are not required for any of the Quick Service locations.  

    With the dining plan you have purchased, character dining locations will not be included.   You can, however, book a reservation and pay for it out of pocket, I just didn't want you to think it would be covered by your dining plan.  

    There are some fun character dining locations to choose from:  Chef Mickey's at the Contemporary, 'Ohana at the Polynesian, Crystal Palace at the Magic Kingdom, and Mickey's Backyard BBQ at Fort Wilderness just to name a few.   With your vacation date so close, you might have a difficult time booking anything, but try giving Disney a call at (407)WDW-DINE to see if there is anything available, and if not, try calling again closer to your vacation to check for any cancellations.    You can always call from  your resort day-of and hope something opens up!   Be as flexible as possible with dining times and locations.
