Hi, there!
Abigail, I'm just thrilled to hear you're planning another visit to the Walt Disney World Resort. And with
little ones in tow! You're sure to experience lots of pixie-dusted adventures.
As a mom of three, a stroller is an absolute must-have for my family's Disney vacations. Exploring the theme parks requires a lot of walking, and those little legs tire quickly!
The Walt Disney World Property Rules state that wagons and stroller wagons are prohibited. You certainly may see some wagons or stroller wagons during your visit, but those Guests have likely been given special permission to use them for special needs, like in place of a wheelchair, for example. Depending on the ages of your children, one double stroller may be sufficient for your theme park days. We only took one double stroller when my kids were 8, 6, and 11-months. My 11-month old claimed one seat, and then my other two took turns in the second seat when their legs needed a break. If you're traveling with three
little ones, though, that's not a great solution! In that case, I recommend taking one double stroller and then a small, umbrella stroller. Keep your oldest kiddo in the umbrella stroller, and then stow it under the double stroller when you don't need it!
Be sure the strollers you take meet the sizing guidelines.
Strollers should be no larger than 31" in width and 52" in length. My favorite stroller to take into the theme parks is the City Mini Double. I love this stroller because the seats recline completely flat and the shades are extra-large, making it a comfortable, well-shaded place for my little one to rest. It also folds quickly and easily which makes boarding a Disney bus a breeze!
Thanks for stopping by planDisney, Abigail. I'm wishing you a magical visit to the Walt Disney World Resort!
