I am confused by the gratuity table, the table states, $28 for server, $21 for asst server, $7 head server, $28 for stateroom hostess/ per guest. So we are a family of four, would our gratuities be a total of $336 for the whole 7 day cruise?

Don't worry, Lori... you are not confused :-)

That is wonderful that you've got your planning down to all the details, which include gratuity for your upcoming Disney Cruise. Disney prides itself in its high level of customer care and service and the cast members are so grateful for the gratuities that each guest leaves for them.

For a 7-day cruise, your total gratuity is indeed $336.00 for 4 people.

That is broken down to $84.00 per person (multiplied by 4 people in your stateroom) for the entire 7-day voyage.  The gratuities arrive at this number, based on $28 for the server, $21 assistant server, $7 head server and $28 for the stateroom host/hostess.

You can arrange to pre-pay your gratuity when you process your check in, or during your cruise, you can stop by Guest Services to arrange this.  My family likes to take the gratuity receipt and slip each receipt with a special Note of Thanks into each envelope.  We take the time to also hand deliver each envelope to the recipient on the morning of debarkation.

I hope that this note helps.  Please let me know if we can be for any other help in planning for your cruise.

    Have a magical voyage!
