I am confused about the expiration options. I am not sure we will visit the parks on this visit but wanted to be ready if we decided to. Hoped to use tickets in upcoming years if we did not, but appears to expire after 6 months. Please advise.

    Hi Dawn,

Without knowing what type of ticket you have and where you purchased it, it's difficult to know the expiration date of your ticket. Most, but not all, Walt Disney World park tickets do not expire until 14 days after the first use of the ticket. There are a few exceptions. If you purchase your park tickets through conference website they may have an expiration date. If you were given "comp" tickets as part of a prize or charity raffle, the tickets may expire. There are other exceptions but those are the most common.

Walt Disney World previously sold a Non Expiration option for tickets but has discontinued that option. They will continue to honor Non Expiration tickets until all of their admissions have been used.

I hope I have helped answer your question. If you would like to share more information about the tickets I would be happy to try to help you further! Be sure to let me know if you have any other questions.

    Wishing you a magical vacation,
    Amy H
