I am confused about the expiration date of the TIW cards. I purchased one Sept. 2012, same time I purchased my AP. The expiration date on it is 11/30/12. I was certain is was valid for one year. Do you know how long the cards are valid for? Thanks

    Hi, Diana!

It sounds to me like an error was made on the printed expiration date on your Tables in Wonderland card. Your Tables in Wonderland membership is definitely valid for one year from the date of purchase. I recommend that you bring your card into a Guest Services location either at Downtown Disney, or one of the four major Theme Parks and explain what happened. They will be able to look up the purchase date and get the expiration date corrected for you. If you still have your receipt from when you originally purchased the card, that would help expedite getting it sorted out. You can also call Tables in Wonderland directly at 407.566.5858 between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday and let them know what happened as well. I'm certain that the Cast Member you speak with will be able to get you all fixed up.
