Hi there, Mark!
I’m sorry about the confusion. But I’m very happy you have come to planDisney to ask about this concern. I hope I can share some information that will help.
It sounds like you have booked a Disneyland Resort
Vacation Package. As part of a Vacation Package, Guests electronically receive a Travel ePackage four days prior to arrival. To access that ePackage, simply log into your Disneyland Resort online account and
link your resort reservation.
Since you indicated that you have already booked
theme park reservations, I suspect you have already linked your Vacation Package to your account. So I believe your
Disney eTickets may already be linked and ready to go as well. To find your tickets, you’ll need to install the
Disneyland mobile app and log into it using the same account you used to book your park reservations. You’ll find your tickets on the “Tickets and Passes” screen which can be accessed from the ☰ feature menu of the app.
Tony’s Tip: At this time, QR codes for park reservations are no longer necessary. Your theme park reservations are electronically linked to your theme park tickets. You can review your park reservations online from the "
My Theme Park Reservations" page or by opening the “Future Plans” screen from the ☰ feature menu of the mobile app. To enter the theme park you have reserved, show the Cast Member at the park entrance the barcode for your eTicket in the Disneyland mobile app.
I hope you have a magical time at the Disneyland Resort, Mark!
