    I am confused I was double checking my intinerary for my trip on Dec 5-13. I was looking on the disney calander and on dec 10th it says AK has the EMH, yet it says it closes at 5? Can you help me I thought it was 8PM

    Hi Maria.   You are correct that on December 10th, Animal Kingdom will host Evening Extra Magic Hours.    The 5:00 closing time shown is the official close for the park.   At this time, non-Disney resort guests who are ineligible to take advantage for this feature must exit the park. 

     

    Similarly, you may find earlier closing times than normal for certain parks hosting Extra Magic Hours at night.   You are also correct that the extra time is generally three hours which should give you plenty of extra time to enjoy the park!
