i am confused about the dining plan It says 2 credits will be used for table service dining? what about breakfast, do the resorts not have a continental breakfast? dont want to purchase the high meal plan and not use it, or purchase the middle and be short

    Hi Ashley!
Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

I always enjoy using the Disney Dining Plans, and while there are some restaurants around Walt Disney World Resort that require two Table-Service credits per person, per meal, this is mostly for Fine/Signature Dining and some Dinner Shows, and Cinderella's Royal Table. There are many Table-Service restaurants that only require one Table-Service entitlement, including most character meals. With the Disney Dining Plan you will receive - per night, per person - one Table-Service Meal, one Quick-Service Meal, two Snack Credits, plus a refillable drink mug. The way I like to use the Disney Dining Plan, and the best way to ensure the greatest value, is to go big! If I book dinner at a Signature Restaurant that requires two Table-Service entitlements, I will pay cash for my dinner on one other night - but I look at the menus/prices, and then use my Disney Dining Plan for the most expensive option. All the Disney Resort hotels and theme parks have Quick-Service restaurants where you can use your Quick-Service entitlements for your breakfast. It is worth noting that your dining plan can be used in any way you wish, maybe using more credits on one day, and less on another, and you may use it from time of check-in at your Disney Resort hotel until midnight on your day of departure.

You can see how many Dining Plan credits are required by each restaurant here (select any restaurant that interests you, then on the right you can click on 'Some Dining Plans Accepted' to see full details).
