SO CONFUSED! If you have the DDP do you have to pay in advance for Cinderella's RT or just put a credit card # down to hold the reservation? I cant afford to pay in advance & wait to get credited back...

Hello April!  Welcome to our Moms Panel and let us begin to put your mind at ease.  I know how confusing somethings can be and I, myself, still encounter this from time to time, but we do have good news!  Even though you are on the Disney Dining Plan, they will still require you to leave a credit card number.  No worries, they will only charge your credit card if you do not show up for your reservation and a cancellation fee will be applied.  Upon setting your reservation, they will let you know of this cancellation fee and how to avoid it should you realize that you are not able to make your reservation.  There is a time frame to cancel with no fees, so please inquire about this when you call to set your reservations at (407) WDW-DINE.
I hope this helps as you continue planning for your upcoming trip.  Please let us know if there are any other questions you may have.  We will do our best to make this planning adventure as enjoyable as it should be.  Have a magical day!
