    Hello, I am confused about the COVID test, is it required to have a COVID test in order to visit the parks or is it optional, I am planning a visit next week.

    I'm thrilled to hear you're planning a visit to Disneyland Resort and that you'll be in The Happiest Place on Earth very soon! That is something to celebrate.

    The State of California strongly recommends that Guests be fully vaccinated or receive a negative COVID-19 test before visiting the Disneyland Resort. While vaccination and testing are strongly encouraged, they are not required at this time, though that is subject to change. Please review the Returning to a Land of Magic webpage for the most up-to-date information about health and safety protocols, and scroll down to the Health Acknowledgment for an important self-health check. An important thing to note is that face coverings are required indoors for all Guests ages 2 and up.
