    I am confused about the 5k on Castaway Cay. Does it run with every cruise that goes to the island? Or just certain times a year?

    Hi Donna!

    Thanks for writing.  One of my favorite ways to start our day at Castaway Cay is by participating in the 5K.  Not only will runners and walkers have an opportunity to explore many parts of the island, but they will also have zero guilt indulging in some extra cookies at the barbecue lunch served in the afternoon!  The Castaway Cay 5K is held early in the morning (shortly after the call that passengers may disembark the ship).  On the first day of your sailing you can check your Personal Navigator or Navigator App to find out where and when to sign up to participate.  Don't forget to pack your favorite running shoes and be sure to look at the wonderful 5K merchandise in the gift shops on the island to celebrate your accomplishment.
