Welcome to planDisney and thank you for sending us your question about linking your reservation to My Disney Experience. Hopefully we can help get your reservation sorted, so you will be able to see them in your My Disney Experience Account.
In order to link your reservation, you will need to login to
My Disney Experience either online or using the
My Disney Mobile Experience Mobile App. If you have logged in online on the
Walt Disney World Resort website, hover over the "My Disney Experience" tab on the top right side corner and select "My Plans". From there, hover over the blue "Resort Hotel" or "Park Tickets" tab and select which you would like to link. From there, follow the prompts to add your confirmation number. Your reservation should be updated and all of the details will be there for you to see.
If you are using the My Disney Experience Mobile App click on the three lines at the bottom of the app. From there, select "Tickets and Passes" and then "Link Tickets". Again, follow the prompts to add your confirmation number. If you are still unable to see your reservation, please call
Disney Resort Hotel Reservations or My Disney Experience and a Cast Member will be able to assist with linking your reservation.
