    Hi moms! Conflicting info on when transportation starts. Most of our character breakfasts are around 8am feb 3-11 will all modes of transport be running or just buses? Thanks!

    Hi there Stephanie,

    It really depends on where you are going to be staying and which one of the character dining experiences you are planning to attend. I spoke to one of the friendly cast members at the Disney dining reservation system and she said that it depends on whether the bus service will be running at the time of your reservation. The regular Disney transportation system begins one hour prior to Park opening. But there are other buses which run to the character dining experiences and early morning extra magic hours for whichever park is open that day.

    My best advice is to talk to your resort concierge when you arrive and also confirm the night prior to your reservation. The Concierge will be able to tell you exactly when to be ready to leave in the morning. They will not steer you wrong and are always very helpful. You might also want to think about taking a taxi which may not be the most cost effective way but is by far the quickest way around Walt Disney World.
