Conflicting info: On line, it says you can make advanced dining reservations 180 days minus 10 days (meaning 10 days earlier) if you are a onsite hotel guest. On the phone, I was told this only applied to those with dining plans. Which is correct ?

Hi Lynn!  I'm happy to help with your question.

It can be very confusing to figure out exactly how the Advance Dining Reservation system works, so I can understand your request for clarification.   Everyone is able to make most dining reservations 180 days in advance.   If  you are staying at a Walt Disney World Resort, you can call on the 180th day and make reservations for your entire vacation, up to 10 days farther out.   This eliminates the need to have to call exactly at the 180 day mark for each day of your vacation.   There is no difference for Dining Plans, and no guest is allowed to book 170 days in advance.

Please come back with any other planning questions you might have.  We are always happy to help.

Until then, I wish you a MAGICAL vacation!
