I have confirmed park pass and tickets I need to link both

Hey howdy hey, Gloria! Welcome to planDisney!

Sweet mother of Abraham Lincoln, your Walt Disney World Resort vacation starts tomorrow! Are you ready for the fun to begin? Let's make sure all of your plans are set so you can relax and dream about your Disney adventure!

Since you have your Disney Park Pass reservations squared away, I think your tickets should already be linked to your My Disney Experience account, but we'll double-check just in case. The easiest way to do that is to download the My Disney Experience app to your phone. You'll want to have the app when you're in the theme parks anyway - we'll touch on some of the great things you can do with it a little later. But for now, we'll check those tickets and reservations.

In the app, look for the three little horizontal lines in the bottom right corner of your screen. Click there, then on "Tickets and Passes." If your tickets are linked, you'll see them here. If you don't see your tickets, you can link them by clicking on the "+" sign in the upper right corner, and then on "Link Tickets & Passes." You can then use the number in your confirmation email or the numbers on your tickets to link them.

Now let's make make sure your Disney Park Pass reservations are showing up, too. Go back to the previous screen and click on "My Plans." You should see all of your plans, from your theme park reservations to your hotel and dining reservations. As long as you see them here, there's nothing else you need to do. Your tickets and reservations are "auto-magically" linked up.

If you do have any issues finding your plans or linking your tickets, you can call Guest Relations and a Cast Member will be happy to help you.

Okay, remember how I said you'll want to have the My Disney Experience app in the theme parks? It's truly a park planner in your pocket! You can use it to check park hours and attraction wait times, find the nearest restroom (very important!), and order food on-the-go with Mobile Ordering. See what I mean? It puts the World at your fingertips!

Gloria, I hope this helps you make the most of your Disney days. Please come see us again if you have any more questions. We're here for you to infinity and beyond!

    Keep Disney Dreaming,

    Kathy K.

Meet the Panelist: Kathy, Florida

I've lived my whole life just an hour's drive from Walt Disney World, so I've been a regular visitor for as long as I can remember. Even after all these years and so many visits, I love that there's still so much to discover! Now that I'm a mom myself, seeing my favorite place through my son's eyes has given me a whole new perspective that I enjoy sharing with other parents of young children. Learn More About Kathy
