Ivo from Noord-Brabant Asked Please note that experiences, policies, pricing and other offerings are subject to change and may have changed since the date of this answer.

I have a confirmed dining reservation. Initially I did not specify the other guests in my party; they are listed as 'Guest 1,2,3'. I want to modify this to the people from my Friends list, but unable because the 'Done' button is greyed out.

    Hi Ivo, welcome to planDisney!

Dining at Walt Disney World Resort is one of my absolute favorite things. My taste buds tingle at the thought of fried chicken at Chef Art Smith's Homecomin' at Disney Springs and my heart warms at the thought of memories with Mickey during a recent character breakfast at Topolino's Terrace - Flavors of the Riviera at Disney's Riviera Resort.

I'm glad to hear that members of your traveling party are already connected as Family and Friends in My Disney Experience. This lets you view and make plans for each other. Plans include theme park reservations, Lightning Lane reservations, and dining reservations. You've done the hard work of getting your party an advanced dining reservation, let's proceed with steps for adding their names.

Scroll down until you see your confirmed dining reservation on your Daily Itinerary in My Disney Experience. In the bottom right of the reservation box, click "Update Guests." From here, you will be able to select a member of your Family and Friends list to replace each of the generic Guest names. Keep in mind only the person that made the reservation can modify the reservation. When I tried this just now, all members of the party had to be assigned before the "Done" button was available.

You can also modify the Guests on a dining reservation in the My Disney Experience mobile app. Click on the three small lines at the bottom right of the home screen and "Future Plans." Locate your dining reservation and click to open it. Next, click "Update Party" and select the additional Guests that will be joining you. Doing this on the app just now, the "Save Party" button appeared after adding just one additional Guest. I hope you experience similar success modifying your reservation online or in the app.

When it's time for your dining reservation, I recommend taking advantage of the mobile check-in option in the My Disney Experience mobile app. You can confirm your party, request high chairs or booster seats, and let the restaurant know about any dietary requests and/or celebrations. Make sure push notifications for the My Disney Experience app are enabled, and an alert will pop up when it's time to check-in.

I hope your Disney vacation is full of delicious eats and treats, Ivo. Be sure to leave room for some Mickey-shaped snacks. I'm a Mickey pretzel girl, myself.

    Plan magic; planDisney.
