I have 2 confirmations (2 rooms) linked to my disney account, however I can only check-in (did the direct to room option) on my main confirmation. Is it possible to manage both rooms on the same account?

    Hi Rachel!

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! It looks like you're well on your way to planning your most memorable vacation yet. Don't forget to keep up with the Disney Parks Blog to learn about all of the new and now happening at Walt Disney World Resort!

You have two Disney Resort Hotel reservations which must mean that you're traveling with extended family or some of your best pals. How exciting! While everyone staying in the two room reservations can be profiles managed by one in-charge person, OR each friend can have their own My Disney Experience account where everyone is linked to make Disney Dining Reservations and FastPass+ attraction selections with and for each other, technically each separate resort hotel confirmation number can only be accessed to those staying in that resort hotel room. This helps ensure that the more secure aspects that link back to that resort hotel room, like charging purchases to a MagicBand or using Disney Dining Plan entitlements, are only accessed by those staying in that room.

If your traveling companions in the other room might need a bit of assistance with the tech side of their vacation and are comfortable granting you access, there is a way that you can help. My parents met my family at Walt Disney World two years ago for a Grand Adventure. My mom is visually impaired and cannot see phone apps and my dad really dislikes being forced to be so connected at all times. So for our trip, we decided to turn the profile I had of my mom from me managing her plans to her own My Disney Experience account. We then kept her account logged in to my husband's phone via the My Disney Experience Mobile App. This way she was able to utilize Online Resort Check-In from a desktop computer, and then while at Mickey's house my husband and I were able to see how many dining plan entitlements they had left and could even Mobile Order for them under their account.

I hope this helped a bit, Rachel, and We'll See You Real Soon!
