    When will I get me confirmation for a special event

    Hi there, Nick! Thank you so much for bringing your question about special events to planDisney! 

    Disneyland Resort is such an enchanting place year-round, but I absolutely love the extra touches of magic that make special ticketed events a truly unique experience for guests. Recently, Disneyland Resort announced the return of Disneyland After Dark, a series of after-hours special ticketed events in 2023. Disneyland After Dark: Sweethearts' Nite will celebrate love and friendship on seven different dates in January and February with access to select attractions, special photo opportunities, unique character interactions and live entertainment, limited-time eats and treats, and so much more! Later this Spring, Disneyland After Dark: Princess Nite makes its royal debut at Disneyland Park for the first time in forever! Both events are sure to be popular and since special event tickets are limited and subject to availability, it is possible tickets may sell out! In fact, I just checked to see that tickets for all Disneyland After Dark: Sweethearts' Nite dates are no longer available for online purchase at this time.

    Now, it sounds to me like you have already made your purchase and are simply looking for your confirmation and electronic tickets. I have two suggestions for you to try. First, be sure to check your email (including spam folders) as communications regarding tickets and admission will come to the email address linked to your Disney account. I've found that it can take up to 24 hours after making my ticket purchase to receive an email with my eTickets and digital barcode.

    Alternatively, you may also find your special event tickets by opening the official Disneyland mobile app, selecting the three horizontal lines at the bottom of your screen, and navigating to "Tickets and Passes." This feature should display any valid admission passes or tickets that have already been linked to your account - including separately ticketed events like the Disneyland After Dark events. Occasionally, I have found that I need to select the "Link Tickets & Passes" feature and scan the digital barcode from my email confirmation to ensure that my tickets are indeed appearing in my Disneyland mobile app. From there, you can easily show the digital barcode from your mobile phone to enter Disneyland Park on your special event day. Don't forget that your Disneyland After Dark event ticket grants you entry to Disneyland Park beginning at 6:00 pm, a full three hours before the event start time so you can enjoy even more magical memories that evening!

    If neither strategy is helping you locate your special event confirmation, Nick, I suggest that you reach out to Guest Services and a cast member may be able to assist you directly.
