    Where is the confirmation that we are all set for our Magical Express transportation?

    Hi Valerie!

    Thanks for sending your question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! I hope you have started packing your bags, your vacation is right around the corner! I love starting my vacation aboard Disney's Magical Express! This complimentary transportation is just one of the many great benefits of staying in a Disney Resort Hotel! If you have a reservation for Disney's Magical Express, you should have received your confirmation letter in the mail along with yellow luggage tags. If you haven't received the correspondence, simply call Disney's Magical Express at 1-407-939-1936 and be sure to have your resort confirmation number ready as well as your flight information. They will confirm your reservation and link it to your My Disney Experience Account. When you arrive, be sure to have your MagicBand with you so that they can scan you MagicBand and get you on the correct bus to your Disney Resort Hotel!

    Quick Tip: Be sure to download the My Disney Experience App on your smartphone before your trip! Here you will be able to see view your hotel reservation information as well as any dining reservations you may have!
