    I have confirmation for 2 rooms at Pop Century Resort for December 27, 2020 through 1/1/2021. I wish to make a final payment for those rooms. How do I do this?

    Hi Judy,

    How exciting to be visiting Walt Disney World During the Holidays!  Did you know that EPCOT International Festival of the Holidays will still be going on during the first part of your visit?  I don't know about you, but that Holiday Cookie Stroll sure looks yummy enough to have me jingling all the way through World Showcase!

    Now to help you make that final payment so you can busy yourself with other fun vacation planning items.  You have the option to make your final payment in two different manners.  The first is to call the number listed in this link for final payments.  Have your Disney Resort hotel confirmation number and credit card handy and a Cast Member will assist you with making a payment over the phone.  If you would rather do this online, you may do so by first logging into your My Disney Experience account.  Next you will scroll down to the section entitled "My Plans, Reservations, and Tickets".  In this area you will find your Disney Resort hotel confirmation number and from there you will select "View Details".  In that details section you will be able to view your balance and make your payment.
