I have my confirmation number for the tickets I bought but i didnt received any barcodes or email. How can i get that?

Hiya, Jamie! We are so happy you found your way to planDisney. We just love helping our fellow Guests find the magic in their Disneyland Resort vacations!

It sounds like before we get into the pixie dust, you need some help getting your Disneyland ducks in a row. I'm so happy to hear that you have those ticket confirmation numbers as those will be helpful in trying to track down those tickets! First things first, let's check your inbox and spam folder. Sometimes those confirmation emails take a little detour. If you do a quick search for an email from "Disneyland Reservations" with the subject "Disneyland Confirmation", I'm hoping something pops up! If not, no worries, let's move on to step two!

If you haven't already, download the Disneyland Mobile App and log in with the account information used to purchase your tickets. Head to the three-bar menu in the bottom right-hand corner and select "Tickets & Passes". Any active tickets linked to your account should be visible here and include the barcode that would be used for entry at the Main Entrance Gates. How are we looking? Did we uncover anything magical here? I'm hoping so!

If you're still having trouble finding those tickets, it's time to give the Guest Services team a call. Have those confirmation numbers handy as that will help them easily track down those tickets and see what's going on with your account. I'm wishing upon a star that this all gets sorted out for you soon so you can just start daydreaming about your park day ahead!

I hope that daydream includes some happy haunts as Halloween Time is in full swing! You'll just love seeing the iconic, giant Mickey pumpkin at the top of Main Street, U.S.A., and snacking on all the seasonal sweets and treats throughout the park. I recommend checking out the Disneyland Halloween Time Foodie Guide on the Disney Parks Blog to get excited about your visit! If Disneyland food is as important as Disneyland attractions (as it is for me!), this will help you map out your very own treat trail!

Jamie, I sure hope this was helpful! If you have any more questions, please stop by to see us again! We are always here for you at planDisney!

    Boo to you!
