Disney Park Pass reservations is an important step in your trip planning, so I’m glad you’ve stopped by with this question. When you purchased your tickets (and even though they’ll be arriving in the mail) you should have received an email confirmation of the purchase with a ticket ID number. You’ll first want to visit
THIS PAGE and follow the prompts to link tickets. You’ll be asked to log into your
My Disney Experience account and then you’ll see multiple examples of which ticket ID number you’ll need to enter.
Once you have entered in the number, the tickets should show up in your My Disney Experience account. Then you’re ready to make your complimentary theme park reservations. Disney Park Pass reservations can be made through your account or through the
My Disney Experience Mobile App. When using the app, first click on the plus sign inside the circle at the bottom of the home screen. You will see multiple options pop up including “Make a Park Reservation.” When you click on that, you’ll be taken to a screen that allows you to make a Disney Park Pass reservation and view current availability.
