Hi there, Laurene’ and welcome to planDisney! I love to see that you’ve made reservations for a Walt Disney World vacation next year. I’m a planner, so I am of the mindset that it is never too early to get those plans made, and it can build lots of anticipation for all! Plus, given the
extra precautions and procedures in and around the Disney parks, there are a few additional ways that planning ahead will ensure a smoother, more magical trip!
Regarding your vacation reservation, I am happy to try to help resolve this for you! Given that you have a confirmation number, my first suggestion would be to log into (or create, if you do not have one) your
My Disney Experience account. Within your account, you will navigate to the
“My Plans” section and can then use that confirmation number to link your reservation. This will allow you to see your reservation details reflected within your account and your
My Disney Experience mobile app! Next, you will also be able to link
Park Tickets and easily make
Park Pass reservations!
When it comes to the e-mail confirmation, I recommend taking a peek in your e-mail client folders to make sure it did not get flagged as unwanted mail. If you truly cannot find it and would like to have a copy, please contact
Disney Reservations by phone, and I am sure they’ll be able to find it with just a flick of their magic wands! Regardless, you may decide you do not even need it once your My Disney Experience account is up and running!
Laurene’, did you know that any additional plans such as dining reservations will also be reflected within your account once they’re made? It is so helpful to see all your plans right at your fingertips, and an easy way to share them with all members of your travel party so that you can all enjoy the planning process!
It’s been a pleasure connecting with you. Please come back and see us anytime we can help in the future!
See ya real soon!
