Thank you for consulting planDisney with your excellent question, Ron. As a fellow Canadian, I have had a few experiences with my past MagicBand customization orders, therefore, I sincerely apologize for this inconvenience and I appreciate your patience.
Ron, it sounds as if you purchased and customized your
MagicBand through your Disney account as part of your
Walt Disney World Resort Vacation Package, therefore, it should be associated or linked to your vacation plans. If you sign in to your Disney account online and access the
My Disney Experience planning area, and then select
My MagicBands and Cards your order should be there. If not, you can try to
link your MagicBand order to your Disney account right now by signing in to your Disney account and accessing
My MagicBands and Cards to enter the MagicBand ID number on your confirmation order.
If you continue to experience difficulties with your Disney account, please ensure you are using the
recommended browsers that support the official Walt Disney World Resort websites. Sometimes it even helps to switch the country filters from Canada to the United States. If problems persist, then you will have to
contact Walt Disney World Resort - My Disney Experience and MagicBands for resolution. Once you resolve your MagicBand matter, Ron, the MagicBand(s) will be waiting at the Front Desk of your Disney Resort Hotel upon check-in.
Please Note:At this time, to access all Walt Disney World Resort theme parks you will need a
Disney Park Pass - Reservation for each day of your valid theme park admission.
Tips:Using the
My Disney Experience Mobile App you will also be able to access all the magic by creating a Disney MagicMobile pass to retrieve your theme park admission from your digital wallet on your mobile device - I love using my Apple Watch to tap my way into the theme parks and enjoy a few other MagicBand entitlements!
