When you booked your Walt Disney World Resort vacation, you should have received a follow up e-mail. That e-mail will include your confirmation number. Once you find the confirmation number in your e-mail, you should link it to your My Disney Experience account. To do so, tap on your app and locate the tile that states, “Resort Hotel” and tap it. On the next screen to appear, you should see a heading that states, “Resort Reservation” followed by two fillable spaces. In the top space, you will enter the “Confirmation Number.” In the space below, you will enter the “Last Name on Reservation.” To complete the process, you will tap “Link Resort.” At that point, your reservation will be linked to your My Disney Experience app!
