The easiest way to add your confirmation number to your Disney account is to follow the steps below:
-Log in to your
My Disney Experience Mobile App-Select the “☰” button at the bottom righthand corner of your screen
-Select the “Hotel Reservations” option under the “My Visit” banner
-Scroll down and select the “Link to Account” button under the “Missing a reservation?” prompt
-Select the “Type ID” banner and input your confirmation number to link your reservation
If you are still having troubles linking your confirmation number to your account, you can chat with a Cast Member within the My Disney Experience Mobile App, and they will be happy to help you link your reservation to your account.
