Greetings, and welcome to
planDisney, Ian!
Thank you kindly for contacting planDisney, it would be my pleasure to assist you.
Ian, it sounds as if you may need to link your
Disneyland Resort vacation package to your
Disney account, and by doing so your plans will show up on the
Disneyland Mobile App.
Linking your Disneyland Resort vacation package to your Disney account requires the same sign-in information you used to sign in for planDisney. So, let’s begin.
1. Once signed in to your
Disney account please head to the top right of the page and select the
My Disneyland planning area.
2. Kindly click on
My Hotel Reservations and then enter your vacation package reservation number in the allocated field.
Once you link your vacation package, in that same area please look for and click on the link to make your
Disneyland Resort – Theme Park Reservations for all who are included in your vacation package who hold valid theme park admission and who are now linked to your Disney account. If this process did not work for you, kindly contact
Disneyland Resort – Hotel Reservations for resolution.
Tips:
Refresh your
Disneyland Mobile App and enable notifications and location settings and then check for your plans. As well, this would be a good time to prepare app transactions by adding a
Payment Method by accessing
My Profile on your
Welcome page – tap the three stacked lines on the
Home Page to take you to your
Welcome Page and scroll down to and click
My Profile and then click on
Payment Method. By adding a
Payment Method to the
Disneyland Mobile App you will enjoy the convenience of
Mobile Food & Beverage Ordering, and other vacation essentials such as the
Disney Genie+ service which you can activate just after you enter your reserved theme park.
If you will be a Guest at Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel & Spa or the Disneyland Hotel, you will be able to activate your
Disneyland Resort Hotel Digital Key using your mobile device to add even more convenience to your day.
Don’t forget to secure your
Disneyland Dining Reservations 60-days from your stay – just make sure that for any dining venues located inside any theme park you have a Disneyland Resort – Theme Park Reservation.
I hope this information helps you out, Ian, and I wish you the happiest of vacations at Disneyland Resort, thank you so much!
