    I have the confirmation number for my Disney Tickets order but I made the ticket purchase over a year ago and the email has disappeared from my email. Is it still possible to get my tickets?

    Hi Emily! Welcome to planDisney!

    You must be thrilled to visit the Walt Disney World Resort soon, especially since you've been planning for so long! With the fall decorations up around Magic Kingdom Park and the EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival taking place, it is the perfect time to head to the Most Magical Place on Earth.

    Since you have your confirmation number, you should be able to head to any of the Walt Disney World ticket windows or Guest Relations to pick up your theme park tickets. Be prepared to show your photo ID, but in my experience, they just need the ticket purchase confirmation number. You can also give Disney a call at (407) 939-7679 for assistance if you prefer that.

    Depending on what number you have, you may also be able to link your tickets to your My Disney Experience account, then use the My Disney Experience mobile app to create a Disney MagicMobile pass and use that as your ticket. To add a ticket in the app, touch the three lines in the bottom right-hand corner, then select "Tickets and Passes." Follow the prompts to add a ticket and use the number that you have. Hopefully, that works and you will be able to get your planning complete that way!
