Hello Jessica, and welcome to planDisney! I am so excited to hear that you will be making your way to the Walt Disney World Resort, to join in the
50th Anniversary Celebration, next month. You are going to enjoy all the new experiences created for the celebration. Be sure to refer to the
50th Anniversary Celebration Sips and Bites Guide for all the limited-time offered treats, entrees, and cocktails. You can also find this information in the My Disney Experience mobile app when you are on the go. When you visit EPCOT, you must try the Mini Chocolate Bundt Cake offered at
Sunshine Seasons in the Land Pavilion. It’s not officially a birthday celebration until you’ve had some cake!
I am so sorry to hear that you are having trouble linking your tickets to
My Disney Experience. It looks like Wreck-It Ralph and Vanellope are stuck somewhere on the internet where they shouldn’t be. While Fix-It Felix tries to straighten things out, I would be happy to help you link your tickets. I recommend using a computer or laptop to link your tickets to your account. Begin by signing into My Disney Experience and clicking on the
My Plans tab. This is your dashboard and you will see 5 buttons that will help you with your plans.
Family & Friends, Resort Hotel, Park Tickets, Park Reservations, and Dining. Hover over the
Park Tickets button and click on
Link Tickets. This is where you will input the same confirmation number from your reservation and select
Next. Follow the prompts to carefully assign a ticket to each member of your family. Make sure anyone ages 9 and under gets a child’s ticket.
Confirm your assignment and now your tickets will be linked. You do not need a confirmation number for each ticket, they are all combined.
Before you sign out, you need to make a
Disney Park Pass reservation for each member of your party, ages 3 and up. Since the phased reopening of Walt Disney World, all parks are operating at a limited capacity and have a limited number of reservations for Guests. Each person in your party must have a park pass reservation for each day they plan to visit a theme park. If your tickets have the Park Hopper Option, you will only need to reserve the first park you plan to visit each day. Go back to your dashboard and hover over the
Park Reservations button. Now click on
Make a Reservation. You may want to check the
Theme Park Reservation Availability Calendar to make sure there is availability for the park you plan to visit. To make a reservation, click on the
Theme Park Tickets button, select all the members of your party who will be visiting a park, and then select the date and the park you will be visiting. Review and confirm your selection. Repeat this process for each day that you plan to visit a theme park until all your park days have been reserved.
If you are still having trouble linking your tickets, you may need to reach out to the Cast Members on the
My Disney Experience and MagicBands Team for their expert assistance at (407)939-4357.
See ya real soon,
Andrea
