Jeffery, if you're unable to see your Disney Theme Park tickets in your
My Disney Experience Mobile App, there are a few quick things you can try. First, log out and log back into your app. Navigate to the main menu by clicking the button on the bottom right corner of the screen. Then, the first box you see at the top will say "My Tickers & Passes." If your tickets are still not showing up, you might try to log in to the desktop
website. If you don't see them there, please reach out to a helpful
Cast Member via the Chat function or a phone call to the Existing Tickets line.
The My Disney Experience Mobile App will be your best friend during your vacation. My favorite feature is the Map function. It can help you navigate to everything from restaurants to restrooms, and it will show you wait times at nearby attractions. You can also use it to place a
Mobile Food & Beverage Order, unlock your
Disney Resorts Collection hotel room, and track your remaining dining plan meals and snacks. It's truly like having magic in your pocket!
