    I have a confirmation code , but no tickets or or link to click on , tickets where bought as a gift for me, how can I receive the tickets

    Thanks for stopping by planDisney! Tickets to Disneyland Resort are the best gift! 

    The easiest way to access your tickets is to first download the Disneyland mobile app. Not only does the app make it simple to add the tickets to your account, but it is also a helpful tool during your visit to the Happiest Place on Earth. On the app, Guests can view wait times, see photos taken on select attractions, make Disney Genie+ Lightning Lane reservations, and mobile order food. Since the mobile ordering process allows Guests to select an arrival time (based on availability), I recommend mobile ordering lunch at least 2 hours before your preferred time. Jolly Holiday Bakery Cafe, Bengal Barbecue, and Docking Bay 7 Food and Cargo are some of my favorite lunch spots!

    After downloading the app, open it and log into your Disneyland account (or create one if you haven't already done so). Select the three lines on the the bottom, choose"Tickets and Passes" and then the blue "plus" symbol at the top of the page. Under "Link Tickets & Passes", you can either open your camera and scan the barcode on your ticket, or type the Ticket Confirmation Number under "Type ID."

    To enter the theme parks, Guests need both a valid theme park ticket and a park reservation. After you add your ticket to the app, select the "plus" symbol on the bottom of the app and choose "Make a Park Reservation." It will walk you through the process of selecting which park you want to visit. Park reservations are subject to availability, so I suggest making them as soon as possible. When you arrive at the parks, just open the app and pull up your tickets under "Tickets and Passes" to be scanned at the entrance.
