Hello, Elizabeth! I'm so happy that you've stopped by planDisney to ask me a question. Your trip to the most magical place on earth is right around the corner. I bet you are getting so excited!
If I am reading this right, I'm guessing that you've already purchased Walt Disney World Theme Park tickets and linked them to your
MyDisneyExperience account. Then, you've already secured park pass reservations for Epcot for three people. Is this right? If so, you are doing everything right! To confirm your
park pass reservations, all you need to do is log in to your MyDisneyExperience account either on a computer or using the app. If you are using a computer, simply go to your MyDisneyExperience account and log in. Then scroll all the way down until you see a section titled, "My Plans, Reservations & Tickets". There will be a day-by-day itinerary and you should your park pass reservation for the day you've selected to go to Epcot. If you are using the MyDisneyExperience app on your mobile device, simply open the app and log in if prompted. Then, select the menu icon button which is three horizontal lines at the bottom right-hand corner of the screen. This will open up a menu screen and you'll want to click on the "My Plans" button. This will bring up a daily itinerary of your plans and you should see the day that you've made a park pass reservation to go to Epcot.
If you don't see your park pass reservations there, that probably means that something went wrong when you previously selected them. You'll need to go back to the park pass reservation website and start the process over. You'll pick your travel party, the date on the calendar and then the park you are wanting to visit - in your case, Epcot. Then, if all goes well, you'll be taken to a confirmation page. After that, you should see your park pass reservation in your MyDisneyExperience account. If you are getting an error when trying to select park pass reservations that you are unable to because of no ticket availability, that probably means you have already made your selections and are all set.
If you are still having trouble, I suggest chatting with a Cast Member via the
MyDisneyExperience mobile app for help. You could also call but wait times can be pretty long right now. I've had good luck chatting with a Cast Member with little to no wait time. To use the chat feature, open up the MyDisneyExperience app and log in if prompted. Select the menu bar, which is the three horizontal lines on the bottom right-hand corner of your screen. Then on the menu screen, you should see an option to "Chat With Us". This will open up the chat. You can type in your problem and then when a Cast Member is available they will chat with you. If you click off the app, you will still be in the chat queue, you will receive a push notification when someone is available to help you.
I hope this all makes sense, Elizabeth. If you need any more help with this issue or have any other questions, please stop back by and
ask me. I'm here to help!
