Hi there, Kaylee!
Welcome to
planDisney, and thank you for asking us your questions about the
Disneyland Resort. I bet you’re getting excited for the adventures ahead, especially if this will be your first visit to the Happiest Place on Earth!
The
Disneyland Resort Hotels don’t provide or arrange
transportation for Guests from the local airports. However, travelers have plenty of options to choose from! There are several limousine, taxi and shared-ride shuttle companies available that can take you directly to the resort once you land at Los Angeles International Airport, in addition to public bus and train routes that service the area. A ride on a shuttle to your hotel can be reserved in advance, and the names and contact information of various companies are listed online at ocair.com. There are also a number of car rental companies right at the airport, as well as designated pickup areas for app-based rideshares such as Uber and Lyft.
You can check in at your Disneyland Resort Hotel anytime on your arrival day, but please keep in mind that your room won’t be available until after 3:00 p.m. that afternoon. You’re welcome to check in and store your luggage with Bell Services until your room is accessible, and you can choose to receive a text message when your room is ready. Then you can head to the theme parks or the
Downtown Disney District for some pixie-dusted fun!
I hope this helps you make plans, Kayee. If you have any other questions, please visit us again!
Wishing you magic,
Courtney
