Hey there, Donna!
Thanks for bringing us your question to planDisney! Your Walt Disney World Resort vacation is getting closer, and I can imagine you're getting excited for all the magic that awaits you. Each of us here on the planDisney Panel is happy to share tips and info from our own Disney destination vacations to help you plan.
You can review your
theme park tickets that you purchased and your theme park reservations that you made with the
Disney Park Pass system in the "My Plans" area of your
My Disney Experience account. Your "My Plans" page should have a page title similar to "Donna's Plans and Tickets" (I'm going to assume you're using your first name in your account profile). You should see a section labeled "My Plans, Reservations and Tickets." There you should see a tab labeled "Daily Itinerary" and a tab labeled "Tickets & Memory Maker." Your "Daily Itinerary" tab will show you the Disney Park Pass reservations you made, including the date, the Guests for whom you made those reservations, and the theme park you selected. You should also see a "View Details" button that will provide additional information and guidance. Your "Tickets & Memory Maker" tab should display the tickets you purchased and the Guests to which they are assigned.
You can also view the same information in your
My Disney Experience mobile app where your theme park tickets and your plans will display in separate sections.
When you review your "My Plans" information, you'll want to see that your Daily Itinerary shows the Disney Park Pass reservations for the dates you selected, for the theme parks you selected, and for the Guests who'll be joining you. You'll also want to see that your tickets type shows the number of days you want to visit the theme park (just as an example, it could display "4-Day Ticket with Park Hopper Plus Option" if you bought tickets for four days and added the Park Hopper Option.)
If you see anything that might not look correct to you, or if you need some additional assistance, my best suggestion is to reach out to the Walt Disney World Internet Help Desk at (407) 939-4357. I can understand the time to speak with a Cast Member could be a longer wait time with the high volume of calls. The friendly Cast Members can help with questions you might have about your specific plans and your My Disney Experience app.
You can also review the
Know Before You Go updates for additional information that will help you get ready for your visit.
Donna, I hope you find this information helpful as you get ready to enjoy all the magic! Here's wishing you a wonderful Walt Disney World Resort vacation.
Jerry
