Welcome to planDisney, Lance!
In just a few weeks you will be making memories at the Walt Disney World Resort! It is a pleasure to answer your first question and assist you with
Disney Park Pass reservations.
In order to manage theme park attendance, Guests are now required to make a reservation in advance for each park entry. This means that in addition to theme park tickets, visitors ages 3 and up must also have a reservation for the same park on the same date.
To confirm existing reservations,
sign in to your Disney account and visit
My Plans. Scroll down until you find the dates of your visit and you should see your reservations for Magic Kingdom Park and Disney’s Hollywood Studios. You can also see reservations in the
My Plans section of the
My Disney Experience mobile app. Open the app on your mobile device, tap the three horizontal lines at the bottom of the screen and select
My Plans. Please note that if you need to modify a reservation, you will have to first cancel it to be able to book a new date.
I hope this information is helpful, Lance. If you still have issues locating theme park reservations, feel free to contact the My Disney Experience team at (407) 939-4357. As you prepare for your visit, be sure to check the latest
Walt Disney World Resort updates, and come back to visit us here at planDisney for more tips and advice.
Best magical wishes,
Thiana
