    Can you confirm i have 3 reservations? I have 3 tickets, on the app it says I have reservations but when I printed tickets it said I still need a resevation

    Welcome to planDisney! Thank you so much for stopping by, and we are honored to answer your question and help you plan your upcoming trip to the Disneyland Resort! We know you are going to have the most MAGICAL time ever!

    I am so sorry you are having issues with your Disneyland Theme Park Reservations. Unfortunately, I am not able to confirm if you have specific theme park reservations. My recommendation would be to call 714-781-4636 and speak to a Cast Member in Ticket Services. The Cast Member will be able to access your My Disneyland Account to see if you have already secured your theme park reservations. 

    I do want you to be aware that the wait time to speak to a Cast Member will be longer than normal at this time. In order to SAVE you time, my recommendation would be to call and speak to a Cast Member in the evening. From my experience, calling in the morning or afternoon will most definitely increase your wait time on the phone. 

    I hope this information helps you in your planning.
