Hi there, Heide. Welcome to planDisney. Thanks for taking the time to stop by! I’m delighted you’re planning a trip to the Happiest Place on Earth. Get ready for some pixie-dusted fun pretty soon!
There are a few ways to check whether your theme park reservations are confirmed or not. A quick and simple way is to search your inbox for the confirmation email. When you purchased your tickets and made your theme park reservations, you will receive a confirmation email with QR codes. To enter the parks, you’ll need your theme park ticket and the corresponding QR code at the theme park turnstile. A few minutes ago, I just made theme park reservations for an upcoming trip, and almost instantly, I received an email confirming my bookings.
Another way to locate your theme park reservation is on
Disneyland.com by logging in to your Disney account. On the far right, you’ll see a tab that says, “My Disneyland”. Hover over it and you’ll see “Ticket and Reservation Details”; click on it and it’ll bring you to “
Theme Park Tickets & Reservations” page. Scroll a little and you should see a link called “View My Park Reservations >”. There, you should be able to see your theme park reservation.
You can also access your park reservation by using the
Disneyland mobile app. Once you’re signed in on the app, you’ll be able to view your park reservations, including which park you’ll be starting your day at if you have a Park Hopper ticket.
Heide, I hope this information is helpful for you and you’re able to locate your park reservations. If you have additional questions, please don’t hesitate to write us again. We’re all EARS!
See ya real soon,
Kiki
