    Your friendly planDisney panelists are fellow Guests who have experience planning Walt Disney World Resort vacations. We love to help with every step in the planning process to help you dream up an unforgettable visit! We’re not Cast Members, so we’re not able to look up reservations – think of us like a big group of friends who can point you in the right direction and share all the lessons we’ve learned.

    Have you created your My Disney Experience account yet? My Disney Experience can be accessed on your desktop computer or smartphone app, and it’s a planning hub – you can purchase tickets, link resort hotel reservations, make Disney Park Pass reservations and more, all with a few taps and swipes. Each member of your party of three will need a My Disney Experience profile to maximize your planning.

    If you’re asking about a resort hotel reservation, you can confirm which Guests are on the reservation in My Disney Experience by going to “Resort Hotel” and entering your confirmation number. From there, you’ll link each Guest on your reservation’s My Disney Experience profile. This way, when it’s time to make dining or Disney Parks Pass reservations, the system will recognize each of the three of you as resort hotel Guests. If you don’t have your resort hotel reservation confirmation number, you’ll need to call (407) 939-1936, and a friendly Cast Member can find your confirmation number and confirm that all three of you are included in the reservation.

    Rachel, if you’re talking about a dining reservation, you can view those in the “My Plans” section of My Disney Experience. Under each reservation, you’ll be able to see the number of Guests, and can link each Guest’s profile to the reservation. If you need to add or remove Guests, click “modify” and follow the steps, pending availability.
