Hello, I would like to confirm that I have a reservation for Epcot on the 27th Jan and Magic Kingdom on the 28th Jan for my wife and myself. I did not get any email confirming the reservations, so what do we show the gate guard to enter the park? Thanks

Hey there, Jennings! Welcome to planDisney! In no time at all, you’ll be sinking your teeth into a Mickey Bar while strolling by Cinderella Castle in Magic Kingdom Park or sipping Coca-Cola products from around the world at EPCOT’s Club Cool. Be sure to catch the new nighttime spectaculars: Harmonious, and Disney’s Enchantment during your visit!

Great news! You can view your active park reservations in your My Disney Experience account, either in the My Disney Experience app or on the Walt Disney World website. If you open the app, click the three horizontal lines at the bottom, and select "Future Plans," your Disney Park Pass Reservations should show up there. On a recent trip to the parks, I received an automated email reminding me of my upcoming Theme Park reservations a few days before. So be on the lookout because your inbox may be receiving some magic soon!

At the gate, you do not have to show anything special to the Cast Member to prove that you have a park reservation. Park Pass reservations are tied directly to your ticket. When you tap into the turnstiles via your MagicBand, Disney Magic Mobile Pass, or physical park ticket, you will be allowed to enter the Theme Park that you have reserved.

I hope this helps, Jennings! Soon you’ll be immersed in the magic of Walt Disney World!
