How can I confirm that a pack-n-play request was added to my reservation?

    Hi Amanda!

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! How exciting that you'll be bringing your Mouseketeer to meet Mickey and his pals super soon. And double exiting, you're visiting Walt Disney World Resort during the Most Wonderful Time of the Year!

When staying at a Disney Resort Hotel, requests for items like bed rails, extra towels, portable cribs, pack-n-plays and etc, won't show anywhere in your My Disney Experience Profile. You are, however, more than welcome to call the Disney Resort Hotel Reservation phone line to confirm that the request is in your reservation. Their phone number is (407) 939-1936.

You might be able to make this request again when using Online Check-In. What I like about this service is that you'll receive a text-message when your room is ready that includes your room number; on more than one occasion I've had this message waiting for me as soon as my plane landed. Pro Tip: If you get your text before your arrival, you could call the resort hotel's phone number that's included within the message to double check that a crib is either already in your room or to have one be delivered while you're still in transit to your resort hotel.

Be sure to check out the Disney Parks Blog before your arrival so you won't miss a minute of holiday fun, larger-than-life gingerbread displays, and the best sweet treats.

We'll See You Real Soon, Amanda!
