Is there a way to confirm online that I booked the Magical Express?

Hi there, Candace! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! We appreciate you taking the time to stop by and allowing us to help you plan your visit to Walt Disney World Resort!

Disney's Magical Express is that first bit of Disney magic that tells us it's time to begin our vacation whenever my family and I arrive in Orlando! This amazing service is complimentary for all Guests staying at a Disney Resort hotel and will whisk you from Orlando International Airport and transport you right to your "home" for the duration of your stay. In addition, Guests can have their checked luggage delivered right to their Disney Resort hotel room and skip the cumbersome process of grabbing their own checked bags!

If you have booked a ride on Disney's Magical Express, you should have received a confirmation email verifying your request. If you have not received this, I would recommend reaching out and contact Disney's Magical Express at (407) 939-1936. Be sure you have your flight information prior to calling to assist in expediting the reservation process, as well!

I hope this information assists you in catching the most magical ride to Walt Disney World Resort! Please let us know if we can answer any other questions for you!
