What better way to celebrate the most Magical time of the year in December than at the Most Magical Place on Earth? The holidays at the Walt Disney World Resort are celebrated like none other. There is so much going on throughout all 4 theme parks and many resorts that you cannot help but get into the holiday spirit! Thank you for your question about your hotel accommodations. I will be happy to give you a few recommendations for confirming your reservation so you can get back to the excitement of planning your vacation.
When booking your hotel accommodations with any of the Disney Resorts Collection offerings, you will get confirmation a couple of ways. The first way, as you move through the steps of booking your accommodations, you should reach a point that asks you to sign into your
My Disney Account. This allows instant linking of your reservation to your account. I will have to say, sometimes for me this can happen quickly and for others, it takes some time. Not to worry Carol, if you are a little impatient like myself, you can link the reservation yourself.
The other option is linking your reservation to your My Disney account if things don't magically work as we want them to. After your purchase, you should receive a confirmation email from Disney with the details of your transaction as well as a reservation number or confirmation number. Once you log into your My Disney Account, towards the top of your screen you should see a Resort Hotel icon to hover over and you will click the link to "Link a Reservation". Plug in your confirmation number and you should see your resort linked to your account.
In the rare case, that you do not have a confirmation number or are having difficulty linking your reservation, you may have to
call Disney. They can look up the transaction if you have a confirmation number or your name and credit card information used to make the transaction. They can confirm your accommodations as well as link them to your My Disney Account if needed.
After you are able to confirm your hotel reservation and have it linked to your account, you can now begin planning your Magical vacation details. Make sure to follow along with the
