Disneyland, and it's such a magical way to end a park day. I'd be happy to help you compare the two
River Belle Terrace dining packages so you can choose the one that's the best fit for your visit.
You've done your homework! While the Disneyland website doesn't currently list a separate menu for the River Belle Terrace Premium Fantasmic! Dining Package, I can confirm that the Premium and Standard packages do have different entrée selections. I actually took pictures of the menus when my husband and I were trying to decide between the different dining packages during our visit two weeks ago.
If you're hoping for a steak option, I have some good news! The Premium Fantasmic! Dining Package currently includes a Flat Iron Steak as one of the entrée choices. It also offers a BBQ Platter and BBQ Burnt Ends Pasta, which aren't available with the Standard package. The Standard package features the Fried Chicken Plate, Pork Chop, Blackened Fish, Shrimp Lemon Caper Pasta, and Impossible Meatloaf. Both packages share the same starters, but the dessert selections differ slightly as well.
The biggest difference between the two packages is the Fantasmic! viewing experience. The Standard package includes a voucher for a reserved viewing area along the Rivers of America, while the Premium package allows you to enjoy the first performance of Fantasmic! right from your table on the River Belle Terrace patio. If having a steak option and watching the show from your seat are both on your wish list, the Premium package checks both boxes!
