Hi Amy! Welcome to planDisney.
Walt Disney World Resort offers inclusive holiday experiences for many guests with various health challenges. You would be interested in the Disability Access Service (DAS). This program helps those individuals who have trouble tolerating traditional queue lines. As a guest of the United Kingdom, you will need to visit
Guest Relations in person once you enter the theme park for a quick interview to qualify.
Before your holiday visit, you will want to verify everyone in your travel party is linked in your "Family and Friends List" under "My Profile" in the
My Disney Experience Mobile App. If approved, you will be able to make return times for select attractions at the four theme parks with up to five other travel pals.
I am happy to report, the app now has a "Disability Access Service (DAS)" self-selection tab. If you need further help while in the parks, feel free to stop by any
Guest Experience Team Blue Tent for Cast Member support.
Finally, Walt Disney World Resort partners with
AdventHealth for all your health needs or emergencies while visiting.
First Aid care centers are onsite at all of the parks if you should happen to need assistance.
Keeping it Magical,
Cindy
