    What do the concierge service at the Disney resorts actually provide? We are planning a trip for 2018 and see that only some resorts provide these services.

    Hi Keturah! The deluxe Disney resorts will offer the option of Club Level rooms which mean they will have access to personal concierge services. This will begin six months out from your arrival date so they can assist you with dining reservations.

    If you stay in a Club Level room you also have access to the lounge where you will have warm breakfast options, daytime snacks and drinks, warm appetizers with complimentary wine and beer, and sweets to end the day. Concierges are on duty outside the lounges from 7am-10pm daily. They will assist guests with just about anything they need but they cannot make reservations for the hard to get dining at the last minute.

    Other resorts will have Lobby Concierges who can help you with tickets, dining reservations, and other questions you might have. Most resorts have combined the front desk check-in with the concierges so if you need assistance in any way just stop by the front desk.
