If I have a concierge room booked and need to downgrade to a standard room is there a $100 charge person to make the changes with Disney Cruise Line??

Hello, Lauren! Thanks for sailing to planDisney with your question. Welcome!

I understand that plans can change as we navigate toward a Disney Cruise, and I'd be happy to help you out. I was advised by Disney Cruise Line that you will not be charged additional fees if you need to change your Concierge booking to a standard stateroom. However, the cancellation policy for Concierge guests still remains even if you are not in a Concierge stateroom or suite. Your original Concierge deposit remains non-refundable and can be used toward a standard stateroom at the current rate, subject to availability. You will be refunded the price difference if you have already paid in full.

I hope that information helps as you decide what is best for you and your sailing crew. However you sail, you are sure to have a splendid time. The world-class entertainment and outstanding service from the Crew Members can be enjoyed from any stateroom category onboard.

Please sail back to us anytime at planDisney. We'll be here for you!

    Happy Planning,

    Adrianna
