Ahoy, Steven!
Welcome aboard planDisney! Concierge and what looks to be a Very Merrytime sailing sounds like an incredible combination! I completely understand wanting to get that boarding process figured out because one of the best Concierge perks is getting to start enjoying the magic as early as possible.
For Concierge Guests, Online Check-In opens 40 days before your sailing. The best part? You don't need to stay up until midnight Eastern trying to grab one of the earliest
Port Arrival Times like many other Guests do. Concierge Guests are automatically among the first to board, so Disney has already taken care of that part for you. After you complete
Online Check-In, you'll most likely see your Port Arrival Form list the full arrival window, something like 10:45 AM to 3:00 PM, along with Boarding Group 1.
On embarkation day, back-to-back cruisers are typically the first Guests to board, often before the cruise terminal officially opens, although that timing can vary. Disney usually welcomes the Family of the Day aboard next, and then Concierge Guests are invited to begin boarding. In my experience, that's often around 11:30 AM, but the exact time can change from sailing to sailing.
Once you step aboard, don't be surprised if it feels like you've found the Genie after all because the Concierge experience really starts to shine. One big perk is the exclusive Concierge welcome lunch with complimentary beverages. It's such a relaxing way to kick off the cruise while much of the ship is still nice and quiet, and it will feel like the vacation has officially begun the moment you sit down.
I hope this helps you make the most of your Concierge experience from the moment you arrive at the terminal! Between the festive decorations,
holiday entertainment, and all the Concierge amenities, you're in for an unforgettable vacation.
Sea ya real soon as we ride the wave of summer’s final stretch in Disney style,
Dustin
